HOUSE RULES

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
  4. Only pets are allowed under reservation and in some rooms.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  7. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:


  • No refund is made.
  • Date changes will be made at least 8 days in advance.
  • If the guest cancels less than 8 days in advance, the advance payment will not be refundable.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.


For reasons of the COVID-19 pandemic, if the guest cancels with less than 8 days, the beds will be opened for sale, and in case the beds are sold, the guest can use their advance payment for a future reservation within the next 12 months. You must attach a positive test.

COVID-19 Traveling to Ensenada Information: Please travel with your face mask on hand, as all businesses in Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe will require you to wear one for entering.

Reservations: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.


Special requests: These are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests can not be guaranteed.


Check-in: The guest must show a photo ID and a valid credit card upon check-in.


Check-out: In the case of not delivering the room at the established time of check-out, there will be a charge of $ 50.00 USD for each additional hour after 12:00 pm.


Pets: Not allowed.


Parking: Hacienda Guadalupe is not responsible for any object inside your car.

Restaurant: Our restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am. Dinner is available by previous reservation. Please contact us directly via email or telephone for more information.


Internal regulations:

  1. Non-registered guests are not allowed to enter the rooms.
  2. The use of the pool and jacuzzi is exclusively for registered hotel guests during the hours of 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  3. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, balconies, terraces and / or patios of the property.
  • If smoke odors or cigarette residue are detected inside the room, a fee of $ 200.00 USD will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses.
  1. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
  2. It is forbidden to introduce alcoholic beverages to the rooms or the courtyards of the property.
  3. It is forbidden to introduce ice chests or ice containers to the property.
  4. It is not allowed to introduce food of any kind to the rooms or patios of the property.
  5. It is forbidden to have music at a high volume inside the rooms or in the surrounding patios of the property.
  6. Out of respect and consideration to all our guests, it is not allowed to stay outside the rooms during the late hours of the night or very early morning.
  7. By law, the sale of alcohol is prohibited after 12:00am.


It is understood that at the time of making the reservation effective, the client and / or guest knows the terms and conditions and accepts in full the internal regulations established by Hacienda Guadalupe Hotel.
